the best noodle stall at NTU

Toni drew this map for me so that we could meet at NTU’s best noodle stall for dinner. It was really useful even though I still made a few wrong turns the first time!

The most delicious noodle from this stall (in our opinion) is 油泼扯面 (“oil-poured pulling-noodle”), a xi’an cuisine which features extra wide, thick and long handmade noodles sprinkled with fresh vegetables and bean sprout and poured with hot chili oil and vinegar. We loved it so much! But today is going to be Toni’s last time to enjoy it this year…
